Shipping and Pickup Options:

You can choose to either collect your items from our Halls Head pickup location or have them delivered.

If you’re local, we offer free delivery within the area bounded by Dawesville, Pinjarra, and Secret Harbour. Once you enter your delivery address at checkout, the system will automatically determine if your location qualifies for free delivery. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us to confirm if your address is included.

For Local Deliveries and Pickup:

• Free Delivery Area: Please select ‘Deliver or ship to address’ to proceed. Once you’ve entered your address at checkout, the option for Free Delivery will appear if your location is within our delivery zone.

• Pickup Option: For pickup orders, please select ‘I’ll pick it up myself’ at checkout. No delivery charges will apply once this option is selected, and the checkout process is completed.

Prepayment via PayPal is required for all orders.

Refund Policy: At Golfer’s Vault, we strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Misuse of items is not covered under our return policy. Please note that we do not cover items that have been used and subsequently broken. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted for items that are faulty or defective. To start a return, contact us via email. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return postage will be at your expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. At the Secure Checkout page, you’ll see the ordered item’s description and its price.
